About The Lynches

Ours Is A Family Business

After careers in marketing and advertising, the Lynches re-trained as realtors in 2002 and moved to East Texas in 2003 to join family (also realtors!) and enjoy the great lifestyle afforded by this area. They now make their home in Country Place and have a great time fishing the community lakes and walking their white lab, Kratos. Leo graduated Whitehouse High School in 2008 and is studying real estate. Lucas is a 7th grader at Whitehouse Jr High. They enjoy using their talents as advertising/photography/styling specialists to show off their clients' homes in the best possible light, and of course spending time with family when they have free time.

Kratos likes swimming in the lakes and chasing ducks.

Andrea McCall Lynch grew up on a 600 acre wheat farm in Amish country near Plainville, Indiana. The fourth of five girls, she became a beauty queen (Miss Vincennes University, Miss Indianapolis 500) and an actress in musical theatre who traveled the country for several years with a theatrical troupe. In the early 80's she moved to Dallas to work in theatres there. Over the next several years she appeared in movies, tv series (including "Dallas", "Walker, Texas Ranger"), corporate films, and a number of plays.
Larry Lynch moved to Dallas in 1985 and signed with the Mary Collins Talent Agency. Soon after Mary had a get-together at her office on Herschel Street just off Oak Lawn Ave.

Larry walked in and immediately saw Andrea across the room. It took him about five minutes to work his way over to her and maybe another hour to ask her out for coffee. They went to Good Eats and had dinner with lots of talk. They were married thirty-eight days later.
For the next eighteen years Andrea and Larry alternated between acting, voice-overs, and working together in their company, Repertoire, The Artists' Agency. This work introduced Andrea to advertising and marketing, and included preparing ads for artists directories, assembling portfolios, calling on advertising agency art directors, and handling all the myriad details and giant egos associated with the ad business.

Although they couldn't have known it at the time, this experience was invaluable when the time came to open their own real estate office. All of the aspects of marketing come into play when they introduce a new listing to the marketplace.
In 2002 the Lynches bought a home in Tyler over the Christmas/New Years holidays and moved from Dallas in order to be closer to family and to the lakes Larry grew up fishing. Larry continues to work as a photographer, but most of his time is spent shooting for Rose Capital Realty with Andrea as his stylist (and art director). Their two sons, Leo and Lucas, visit their Grandma Dell and Aunt Pam in Hollytree on weekends. Sometimes they accompany their dad on his fishing trips (when the weather's nice and the fish are biting).
Andrea & Larry Lynch practice their trade as realtors in Tyler Texas, home of the 2005 HGTV Dream Home in the middle of the Texas Lake Country. Long known as the "Rose Capital of America" Tyler is host to the Rose Festival, a Rose Queen, and one of the largest rose gardens in the world. Whether you’re looking for lakefront property, a gated subdivision, a “Seniors Only” development, or a home on the golf course, the Lynches can help you find it.

With their backgrounds in advertising and marketing, they bring a new perspective to real estate in East Texas. The Lynches specialize in home sales for the communities of Tyler, Whitehouse, Chapel Hill, Bullard, Flint, Chandler, Lindale, and Arp.
